How to Sign Up for your PAINT! at MIDTOWN party!
When can I have a party?
We'll work with you! Check out our CALENDAR first. You tell us when you'd like your party, and we'll put it together, subject to artist availability and scheduling.
How do I reserve a spot for my party?
Just call us at 214-244-9449 OR email us at [email protected].
How do I pay for my party?
Charges will be $35/person for a 2 hour party and $45/person for a 3 hour party. The party organizer will reserve the desired day & time with a $50 deposit on a credit card. There is a 7 day cancellation policy: The deposit will be forfeited if less than a 7 day notice of cancellation is given. The deposit will also be used if the minimum of 8 people isn't met at the time of the party.
Party guests may pay at the time of the party. Once your party reservation is made, you will receive an email containing the contract for the party. To complete your reservation, you must email back the signed contract.
If you are using a Living Social voucher, just give the teacher the voucher number when you make your reservation. No need for a deposit.
How much in advance do I need to schedule my party?
We'd really like at least 3 days notice, but the sooner the better!
How do I know which painting I can choose for my party?
You can check out our Gallery of popular paintings to choose from! Your party artist will talk to you to find what styles of painting you really like, then recommend a few paintings for you.
What else do I need to know?
1. Minimum of 8 people required unless you are using a Living Social voucher.
2. You provide your own snacks or beverages.
3. $50 Deposit required at booking, unless you are using a Living Social voucher. 7 day notice if you should need to cancel. If you fail to give us at least 7 days' notice from your scheduled date, your $50.00 will be kept.
